I absolutely love how you created a textured effect on her clothing. The little highlights on her face and clothing really add to the picture, too. :D
And you got her hair perfect! (I always struggle with her hairstyle.)

Ohhh it's so pretty! Her eyes are just gorgeous and draw you in. And I like how you added sort of a personal style feel to it (that didn't make much sense, oh well :P)
